12 Days of Christmas Workout
Get into the holiday spirit with a festive workout twist! Try the 12 Days of Christmas Workout for a fun and challenging sweat session. 🎄
Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round:
Round 1 = 1 x burpee
Round 2 = 1 x burpee, 2 x worm walk
Round 3 = 1 x burpee, 2 x worm walk, 3 x push up
Round 4 = etc......
Total time: 20-30mins
Take as much or as little rest between each exercise depending on your fitness level.🎅🏋️♀️
