Welcome to the HKU Walking Challenge of Knowledge Bits! Here, we'll explore the benefits of walking and provide practical tips to help you increase your daily step count. Walking is a simple yet effective form of exercise that offers numerous health benefits. Each week we'll release a new video and dive into the advantages of walking and discover how you can boost your step count to improve your overall well-being.

The HKU Virtual Walking Challenge encourages the HKU community (students, staff, retirees and alumni) to come together with the common goal of virtually walking together. With this, the challenge aims to promote fitness and a healthy body and mind as well as to create a sense of community on campus and around the world through healthy competition.
