Free EIM Month Workshops
The workshops during our Exercise is Medicine Month focuses on the sharing of knowledge in areas surrounding the 5 components of physical fitness. Organized to be interactive and encouraging, our workshops are suitable for people with all levels of fitness and help improve your Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility and Body composition.
Overview of EIM Month Training Workshops
Our EIM Month Training Workshops are FREE to Join and registration is open to staff, students, spouses, Alumni and retirees, on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.
Due to limited space, in a case of a no show, all further sign ups of those that fail to attend will be automatically placed on a waiting-list.
Registration for the event will open up one week in advance at 9:00 am in the morning.
Increase your Muscular Strength
Being physically strong helps you move and lift heavier objects with ease, which can make day-to-day tasks much easier. Join our muscular strength workshops to learn how to become stronger through fitness training. The training programme will focus on fitness exercises targeting the major muscle groups, as our trainers give exercise technique guidance.

Yoga for Flexibility
Flexibility is an important component of physical fitness as it allows us to work through a larger range of motion. Join our Yoga session that aims to increase your flexibility, reducing stress and relieving tension in tight muscles. Participants of all levels of fitness and abilities are welcome.
