Start the session with a quick health assessment where we will check the muscle mass and body fat percentage to get a baseline of our own physical fitness.
Then we will move on to the partner workout, where you can partner up with your mom or kid to do some fitness exercises which is suitable for people with all fitness levels.
Working out with your mom can be a bonding experience that not only makes you healthier but also gives you quality time together.
