Only MOVEs to Go! MOVEs are Technogym’s way to measure your movement, based on Metabolic Equivalent of Task (METs). The more you move, the more MOVEs you collect! Think of it like this:

<500 MOVEs: Chill vibes, low-intensity.

750+ MOVEs: Getting sweaty, moderate-intensity.

1000+ MOVEs: Full-on fitness beast, vigorous-intensity!
No need to sprint or break records—this challenge is all about having fun, feeling great, and building camaraderie. So grab your wildest workout gear, connect your Technogym App, and let’s get moving!

Join the Challenge and
win great prizes

Login to Technogym treadmill or elliptical through Technogym app to collect MOVEs during the challenge.

For every 500 MOVEs you accumulate during the month of October, you earn one entry into our prize lottery. For example, if you rack up 3000 MOVEs by October 31st, that’s 6 chances in the lottery pool!

At the end of the event, we’ll draw winners from the lottery pool for prizes.

The more MOVEs you collect, the more entries you earn, and the better your chances to win!
When You Join the Challenge
The moment you join the Movergy Challenge, you’ll light up the Technogym App Leaderboard for all to see! Your MOVEs will be tracked in real-time, showing off your progress and ranking among our HKU community . Whether you’re a casual stroller or a high-intensity champ, every MOVE counts toward climbing the ranks and aiming for that #1 spot.
