Fitness Fun Day
Welcome to the Fitness Fun Day at HKU Campus! We are excited to invite all staff and students to join us for a day filled with fitness, fun, and wellness. This special event is designed to promote the importance of exercise in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to encourage everyone to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine.


At the Fitness Fun Day, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fitness challenges that cater to all levels of experience and abilities. From challenges of strength and endurance to tests of skill, there will be something for everyone to enjoy and get moving. Additionally, visit our informative booths to learn more about the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, and overall well-being.

Each challenge is designed to test your skills and creativity in unique ways. Whether you excel in one area or want to showcase your versatility by tackling all six, there's an opportunity for everyone to shine.

Test your skills and see if you have what it takes to conquer our challenges and claim your prize. Join us and try out all five challenges to redeem a prize from us. If you beat three out of five challenges, you will be awarded with a big prize.

The Challenges
Dead Hang Challenge

Objective:
Hang from the bar with your feet off the ground until the time ends.
How it Works:
Grip the bar, lift your feet, and hang on as long as you can! Aim for 60 seconds (men) or 45 seconds (women) to beat the challenge
Ski Erg Challenge

Objective:
Complete the targeted distance on the SkiErg within 30 seconds.
How it Works:
When you're ready, start pulling as fast as you can from up to down. Aim for 120 meters (men) or 100 meters (women) to beat the challenge
Reaction Light Challenge

Objective:
Run back and forth and hit the lit panels 11 times within 30 seconds.
How it Works:
Run back and forth between two panels that are 5 meters apart, touching each panel as you reach it. Touch the panels 11 times in total within a 30-second time limit.
Mystery Fitness Challenge

Objective:
Roll the die and complete the mystery fitness challenge within 30 seconds.
How it Works:
Each face of the die represent a different fitness challenge, consisting of burpees, squats, planks, etc. Roll the die to select the challenge and complete it within 30 seconds.
Cornhole Toss Challenge

Objective:
Earn 50 points by getting bean bags into the cornhole board hole.
How it Works:
Receive 10 bean bags to throw. Toss the bean bags to land in the hole (10 points) or on the board (5 points) until you hit 50 points or run out of bean bags.
