We are delighted to invite you to immerse yourself in the world of Traditional Hatha Yoga. This workshop is designed to introduce you to the ancient and revered practice of Hatha Yoga, which focuses on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation.
Hatha Yoga is a time-honored yoga style that aims to bring harmony and balance to the body and mind. About the Trainer
Leena Chandrashekhar has 20+ years of experience in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Originally from the Healthcare industry Leena has led corporate teams, students and individuals through their wellness journey towards living a healthier life style.
During the workshop, you will learn the proper alignment and technique for fundamental Hatha Yoga poses. Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, you will experience the harmonious union of body, breath, and mind. The practice of Hatha Yoga will not only promote physical well-being but also foster mental clarity and emotional balance.
