Come join our Weekly Workouts during the Exercise is Medicine on Campus Month and be more physically active for your brain health. We have prepared some fun workouts for you to join to help you feel rejuvinated and inspired to be more physically active.

Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and progressions for each exercise, making the classes suitable for all fitness levels.

Our EIM Month Training Workshops are FREE to Join and registration is open to staff, students, spouses, Alumni and retirees, on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.

 

Due to limited space, in a case of a no show, all further sign ups of those that fail to attend will be automatically placed on a waiting-list. 

Foam Roller Relax Class

Foam rollers have become easily accessible, either shared at the gym or found in almost any sporting goods aisle to bring home for a minimal investment.

Using the foam roller can deliver improvements in flexibility, muscle recovery, movement efficiency, inhibiting overactive muscles, and pain reduction with just minutes of application.
