About the Event

Counter-balance permanent tightness and "locked" joints from repetitive stress by holding floor-based positions for longer durations to target the deeper connective tissues that active practices often miss. By allowing your body to slowly release deep-seated tension, you will improve joint mobility, calm your nervous system, and increase your natural range of motion, leaving you feeling physically spacious and comfortable in your own skin.
