The University of Hong Kong (HKU), through its Centre for Sports & Exercise (CSE), hosted the HKU Fitness Fun Day 2025 on May 7, 2025, to launch the Exercise is Medicine (EIM) Month with a vibrant event themed, "Sit Less Move More." This engaging day united staff, students, and the HKU community to promote the transformative power of physical activity in fostering healthier, active lifestyles. Highlights included physical challenges, informative booths offering insights into exercise benefits, and opportunities to connect with wellness experts. Attendees gained practical tips for a balanced lifestyle and discovered HKU resources to support their health goals, setting the tone for a month-long celebration of movement.
