Dynamic Movement: Animal Flow and Wheel Yoga

The past event organized as part of the Exercise is Medicine initiative, it's evident that promoting physical activity as a vital component of overall health and wellness was at the core of the experience. The event successfully encouraged participants to incorporate exercise into their daily routines, setting a positive tone for improving personal fitness and well-being.


The classes offered during the event were meticulously designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. They provided a dynamic movement system that not only challenged participants but also made the process of enhancing overall fitness and well-being enjoyable. The fusion of Animal Flow and Wheel Yoga presented a refreshing approach to physical activity, emphasizing the importance of fun and engagement in the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.


Animal Flow, a mesmerizing movement practice amalgamating elements of yoga, parkour, and animal-inspired movements, was a highlight of the event. Participants experienced a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and body awareness, allowing them to move through sequences with fluidity and grace.


On the other hand, the Wheel Yoga class showcased the versatility of this prop in enhancing yoga practices.
