The Functional Fit Challenge tests your strength, agility, and endurance through a series of 5 functional fitness exercises. You can choose to participate in any single challenge or take on all five to test yourself and earn a prize. Beat 3 out of 5 challenges as quickly and get an extra big prize.

500-Meter Air Bike Sprint Challenge
Objective:
Complete 500 meters on the air bike within 50 seconds.
How It Works:
Adjust the air bike seat to your preferred height and position. Once you’re ready, start pedaling as fast as you can. Keep your form tight and push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout the 500 meters.
200-Meter SkiErg Speed Challenge
Objective:
Complete 200 meters on the SkiErg within 55 seconds.
How It Works:
Adjust the SkiErg to your preferred settings. When you're ready, start pulling as fast as you can. Focus on maintaining a strong, consistent pace throughout the 200 meters.
Overhead Medicine Ball Slam Challenge
Objective:
Complete 20 overhead medicine ball slams within 45 seconds.
How It Works:
Grab your designated medicine ball (5 kg for males, 3 kg for females) and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lift the medicine ball overhead with both hands, fully extending your arms. Engage your core and slam the ball down to the ground. Catch the ball and immediately lift it overhead again to perform the next rep.
Cornhole Speed Challenge
Objective:
Get 4 bags into the cornhole board hole
How It Works:
Stand at the designated throwing line with 16 bags. Begin the challenge by throwing the bags one at a time, aiming to get at least four bags into the hole (Max 1 minute or 16 attempts, whichever is first).
BlazePod Speed Challenge
Objective:
Complete a 15-light sequence on the BlazePod within 45 seconds.
How It Works:
Position yourself in front of the BlazePod system, ensuring you have enough space to move around freely. When you're ready touch any pod to initiate the 15-light sequence and start the challenge. As each light illuminates, tap it as quickly as possible to turn it off.
